King Street Apartment, in Inverness, is a quirky but cosy, well equipped second-floor apartment. The accommodation comprises an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, double bedroom with wardrobe, and shower room/WC with underfloor heating. Space heating is by gas and is fully controllable.

King Street Apartment is located in a quiet street close to the River Ness about 5 minutes’ walk from the city-centre.
Free on-street parking is available, and you’ll have the use of unlimited free wi-fi. With self-check- in, you’ll have the place to yourself throughout, although we live locally should you require any assistance.
There are sanitising gel dispensers in the stairwell and our rigorous cleaning regime complies with Covid-19 cleaning protocols. Surfaces, switches, handles, bedding and soft furnishings will have been sanitised prior to your arrival.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, steam iron and ironing board, hair dryer and plenty of coat hangers. Freshly ironed crisp linen is provided as well as a fluffy duvet and pillows, bath and hand towels and fine soaps from The Highland Soap Company.
Check in is available after 3pm and morning check-out is by 10am, although if circumstances permit a later check-out can sometimes be agreed.
Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children or babies, and we are not able to accept pets. Please note that there are sloping ceilings with restricted head height in places. This can make a toilet visit an interesting challenge for taller male visitors!

King Street Apartment is perfectly located for a wide range of amenities: restaurants, bars, cafés and shops in the city centre, Eden Court Theatre and Cinemas, and a wealth of activities and visitor attractions.
Loch Ness is just seven miles away with stunning views, the Loch Ness Exhibition, Urquhart Castle, Nessie spotting and trips on the Jacobite Cruise boats and dolphin-spotting boats. There’s also plenty of opportunity for water sports, horse riding and cycling around the area.
